The measurement panel of the training platform is painted with a color inkjet circuit diagram, which is made of 8mm thick high-strength acrylic sheet by inkjet. It is resistant to large temperature difference, wear-resisting, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, not easy to deform, long service life, bright color, not easy to fade, etc. 2. The operating panel of the training platform is equipped with automobile instrument, fuel pressure gauge and vacuum pressure gauge, which can display the changes of engine speed, fuel pressure, inlet manifold pressure and other parameters in real time. Equipped with a diagnostic seat, it can be connected to a special or general purpose vehicle decoder, which can read fault codes, clear fault codes, read data streams and other self-diagnostic functions for the engine, transmission and hybrid electric control system. Equipped with throttle control device to facilitate the acceleration and deceleration of the engine. 3. Test terminals are installed on the panel of the training platform, and the electrical signals of sensors, actuators and control unit pins, such as resistance, voltage, current and frequency signals, can be directly detected on the panel. 4. The training platform is made of steel frame structure by seamless welding, and the metal surface is treated with high-temperature plastic spraying.
